• This is a chance to discuss your makeup style,
wedding theme, Colour schemes, bridesmaids
makeup etc. I can design a makeup look, which is
going to be the most beautiful, polished version of
you.
• I will record all products used and make notes
about your skin type, lashes, lipstick choice and
other requests on a CLIENT & FACE CHART.
• Trials are 2 hrs. .You are welcome to bring along
makeup references and pictures of your dress etc.Wearing a light colored top close to your wedding
dress Colour is suggested on the day of the
makeup trial

• The bride will be the responsible party for the total fee of the
purchased package on the day of the event.
• P500 non-refundable deposit (on cancellation of booking and
deduction from final amount) or 50% deposit of total cost
• Banking details (can send proof of payment as receipt)
• Travel fee (No extra fee within 20kms of studio/location and
P3.00/km for other areas beyond this)
• Note that full payment is due on the day of the trial or atleast
1 week before the wedding (If trial is done a few weeks in
advance) Cash/EFT deposit, no cheques. I will issue a receipt
as proof of payment. If I don’t receive payment by then, I will
not come out on your wedding. Late payments penalized by
10%of total amount.
• For larger wedding parties, I will bring an extra assistant at
no extra cost.
• Cancellation within 6 week of wedding requires 50% of
complete booking incl. Mothers, Bridesmaids etc.
• Cancellation within 1 week requires 100% of complete
booking incl. Mothers, Bridesmaids etc.
• If you must change any information already stated above or
spoken, It is recommended you consult with the makeup artist
well in time.
• By putting your name on this for, you give GORGE MAKEUP
permission to use your photograph(s)for all marketing
purposes. This includes photographs taken at the “Makeup
Preview” session and on the wedding day.
• All ladies booked fro makeup must have their makeup done in
the same room.
• Please ensure that everyone's faces are cleansed, toned and
moisturized before the makeup artist arrives
